MYSTERY FILMS are always hugely popular at BAR TRASH where we only reveal the title when we press play! For this MYSTERY VHS FILM, we’ve asked the incredible tapehead Gemma Gore to handpick something wonderful from her extensive collection of uncensored VHS rarities.
“The VHS gods have summoned me to descend into the dungeon to unearth a mystery movie so wild, so weird, so wonderfully WTF... it had to be rewound twice just to make sure it was real. Past screenings have blessed your eyeballs with: double-denim rockabilly driller-killers (SLUMBER PARTY MASSACRE I & II); a triple chainsaw wielding lieutenant confronting a family of cannibals (THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE PART II); and a summer camp caretaker’s bloody revenge (THE BURNING). But what fresh VHS delight have I chosen? I’ve been sworn to absolute secrecy (seriously—there was blood), but trust me…this one’s a certified banger. See you at BAR TRASH!” (Gemma Gore)
