HIRE OUR SPACES

Genesis is an independent art house cinema available for private screenings, premieres, festivals, conferences, corporate hospitality, private parties, live music, or any other event that would benefit from a dynamic space.

Events of any size are welcome and managed with the same care and attention to detail. Screening packages can include private hire of the bar, options for catering, and any of our five screens with seating for 40 - 568. Prices vary depending on the day of the week, time of the day and capacity required. We will always provide dedicated and enthusiastic staff members available to you for technical and logistic support.

Whether you fancy a private birthday space, want to preview your film for a small group of friends, or host a premiere in Screen 1, Genesis is the place for your next screening.

Genesis has five screens:

Screen 1 : 566 seats plus 2 wheelchair spaces.

Screens 2 & 3 : 154 seats plus 2 wheelchair spaces each.

Studio 4 : 42 seats.

Studio 5 : 39 seats.

Please note that the Studios are made up of sofas and armchairs and include an in-screen bottle bar.

Our screens can be hired in 2.5-hour slots throughout each day, so we can accommodate private events alongside our regular film schedule; we may be able to offer shorter slots on a case-by-case basis. You are also welcome to book multiple consecutive slots.

Celebration, conference, classes... whatever your event, our bar spaces are sure to fit the bill!

With a fully stocked bar and a pizza oven kitchen, Bar Paragon is the perfect place for your party. A versatile space with a PA system, stage and projector, Bar Paragon can be arranged to fit your needs from rows of seats for a film or talk or cleared completely for dancing! We offer food and beverage packages, or if you're after something more bespoke, ask us about our corkage fees.

If you're counting on good weather, why not book our outdoor space, The Yard. We've hosted barbecues and anniversary parties, bonfire nights and outdoor screenings. The area has patio heaters, a PA system and is partly covered.
